More than Sales
Contracted Marketing Programs and Campaigns
We understand why some companies hesitate to use contracted sales and marketing.
Will it help sales, or will you be paying to make your marketing situation even worse? Will working with an outsourced team take up even more of your time, and how well will they represent my company?
That’s just the start. There are three main problems most companies have when it comes to contracted sales and marketing.
Problem one: The outsourced sales team needs to learn your industry. That takes a shared effort and significant time, all while you thought you were hiring a partner that could take responsibilities off your plate.
Problem two: Time. Learning your business is just one time slot for most contracted sales and marketing, the other is building a marketing campaign that can begin to return results. Will it be a year or more before they can deliver a measurable impact?
Problem three: Technology. Many companies reaching out for contracted help have no system in place for customer relationship management (CRM), no marketing automations or email marketing, no analytics, and often no website content management system (CMS).
When HVAC duct fabricators need contracted sales, they turn to The Cincinnatus Group, because we’ve solved the three challenges above in a way that allows us to hit the ground running.

By hiring The Cincinnatus Group to develop a contracted sales campaign, you take advantage of an opportunity to expand your sales capability without a costly increase in overhead. A Cost Effective Strategy
Outsourced sales and marketing is cost-effective, and can even lower your marketing costs. It allows you to take advantage of the infrastructure, training, and resources already developed by our external sales over more than a decade of industry service. It also frees up your personnel for high value functions that bring more capability and profitability to your production efforts.
Upgrading your own marketing staff means the increased overhead of new personnel, new offices and computers, and the time to develop marketing approaches that might bring returns in time.
We’ve got all that covered as we welcome you into your onboarding process, match your capabilities against our vast database of projects, and you gain the benefit of our reputation for making reliable partnerships.
Our goal is not just to make sales, but to help your company grow.
