A Proud Day for TCG.
A recognition that reflects both Heather’s character and the culture she helps build every day
At The Cincinnatus Group, we believe the best recognition is the kind you earn quietly, by showing up for people, day after day, long before anyone is keeping score. So it meant a great deal to us when Heather Rodehaver was named the 2026 winner of the Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award.
The honor was presented by the Spiral Duct Manufacturers Association (SPIDA) at its 2026 Annual Meeting in Boston. SPIDA’s service award is named for Bill Bradford, Jr., an industry icon remembered for how much he gave to the spiral duct industry and to the members he touched. The $2,000 award is funded by proceeds from the annual Bill Bradford, Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament, along with a generous donation from SNIPS magazine.
Why Heather?
Heather earned the award in a field of nominations from across the industry. The people who work with her described exactly what we see every day: someone extremely responsive, genuinely hardworking, and an absolute pleasure to work with. More than one called her the “heartbeat” of the TCG team: the person who keeps everyone on track while always being ready to step in wherever she is needed.
That description is right in line with the award itself. The Bill Bradford, Jr. Service Award recognizes the qualities Bill was known for: hard work, selflessness, positivity, patience, mentoring, steadfastness, respect, loyalty, and integrity. Anyone who has worked with Heather has seen all of them.
Who Heather Is at TCG?
Heather has served as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Cincinnatus Group for four and a half years, and she is a key member of our leadership team. She leads the sales team that supports our contracted clients across the U.S. ductwork industry. Heather coordinates the work, oversees the details, and manages the relationships that keep projects moving. She also manages MIRO quoting and order processing as part of TCG’s distribution work. It is a wide role, and she carries it with the kind of skill and dedication that makes it look easier than it is.
A Part of the Culture at The Cincinnatus Group
We are proud of Heather, and we are proud of what her recognition says about the way we work. Her accomplishment rests on her own skill, experience, and work ethic, but it also reflects the culture she helps build. At TCG, we are “Called to Solve, Where Others Struggle,” and that calling only means something because people like Heather live it. Responsiveness, follow-through, and real care for the customer are not slogans here. They are habits, practiced one project at a time, and Heather sets the standard for all of us.
“Heather is the heartbeat of this company,” said Drew McCaffrey, TCG Founder. “She lives our values every single day, and this award puts a well-deserved spotlight on what makes her — and TCG — different.”
To SPIDA and SNIPS, thank you for an honor that celebrates the values our industry runs on. And to Heather: congratulations. This one is well earned, and it could not have gone to a more deserving member of our team.
